left hammy was sore and tight from friday run. to give leg some rest, got on the stairmaster instead.

level 10 or 5.5 floors/min for 30min. used arm on bar to lift some weight off of left leg. total 166 floors.

first day back from holiday. i'm now more determined than ever to keep this log up to date.

ran at mostly warm up pace. first time running in over 2 weeks. just easing back again, taking my time, no hurry.
