fun and beautiful ride w/ a big group, Lois, Matt, G, David Z., Mo, Doug, Terri, and Rick. i've forgotten how beautiful and GREEN chino is during winter/spring. legs were tired on steep climb.

legs were still tired, maybe i should give them a rest tomorrow.

for over 2 weeks now, have been feeling pain outside of left knee, up the hammy, all the way to the buttock. pain would subside after proper warm up but lingered uncomfortably for hours after run. have tried stretching and foam rolling but nothing helped so far.
