still trying to fight this cold... got on the stairmaster for some light workout. dialed it down to level 6 or 3.7 floors/min, instead of the usual level 10, and i was still winded after.

the cold is full on, tired (could not sleep last night), sore throat, congested, the usual... went for a slow jog to keep the blood flowing. felt better after.

legs are sore today from yesterday's run. also got blisters on big toes from the wet sand.
