early morning barefoot run on wet sand. the tide was high, had to run on off-camber ground. the surf was glassy and beautiful, lots of surfers out. loving it!
HR spiked to 202 during warm up, WOW! did not feel that at all.

hard session with sarah, trying to get my watts up. legs were tired. max watts was only at 145, lots of room for improvement.
note: sarah's avg watts was 202!

left hammy was super tight, painful to ride out of saddle, need to stretch.
