it has been a very long time since i've ran on hilly off-road trails and boy did my legs felt it. my quads and calves were screaming up the rock garden and mustard, not to mention muscles on the side of my legs that i had barely noticed before. there is a lot of room for improvement here. can't wait to do it again next week. we're going to try to make this a weekly thing.
