it has been a while since i put in a 10miler and i felt every mile, starting from mile 5. tried to keep HR around low 150's with little success. need to do much more work to be back @ the same fitness level as before the holidays.

definitely felt much better than yesterday, almost back to my old self. tempo run - warm up @ 6.5mph, then 20min @ 7.0mph. 5min walk to cool down. time/distance did not include walk.

combination of running and walking

joints ached, heavy legs, and super tired/weak, hope i'm not coming down with something. must be the lack of sleep for the past couple of nights. need to get into bed early tonight.

tired, eyes were half closed. don't know how i managed that, the room was hot and clothes were soaking wet with sweat.
