rock creek loop with Mo, Doug, and G. climbed up on paved road, and rode back on 7.5 miles picturesque singletrack. love this ride, never tired of it.

rode on pavement with mountain bike. there was a lot of snow and ice on the road. had one pretty nasty fall going downhill on sheet of ice. elevation 7655ft - 9172ft.

boarded with stacy, maurice, mo, doug, randy, and G. it was windy and snow was pretty bad, all man made. the top was closed. it got worse after lunch, a lot of ice. did not include time on lifts.

heavy legs, mostly left leg, having a hard time lifting knee up for each stride. hr was high also. wanted to run longer but just wasn't feeling it.
