rested for about 2min to get HR down to 110, then started again, going back, counter clockwise, slower pace this time.

quick interval run, or as best as i could make it one, given the time.
5min warm up @ 6.5mph, then 3x5min @ 7.4mph, with the last session for 6min instead of 5. walk up the stairs to spin class as cool down, no time :o(

harder session with michelle than the usual with gail. glad i caught this class. HR strap did not work with the bike i was on.

tried to do a tempo run. started at 6.5mph for 20min, then up it to 7.0mph, but could only muster 20min at this pace. was trying for 30min. oh well, next time.
