rode up to peek's place, didn't see Linh & Kent, rode back down a little ways, saw Mo, rode back up with Mo to the ball. Rick was waiting for us there. hung around until the others arrive. rode back down by myself and ran into Beni. the rest of the crew went on to motorway. had to split early for a birthday party.

was tired today. it has been a long week, late nights, and big work load. so glad the weekend is here. did not feel like running at all. legs were super tight. it was all mind over matters and managed only 2miles.

no energy, HR was high, got up to 160's a few times. hung in there and finished strong.

tempo run, warm up @ 6.5mph, then up it to 7mph for 30min. time/distance did not include 2min walk cool down. felt pretty good on this run. wanted to do 6mi but just didn't have time b4 spin. right knee was still bothering me. hope this doesn't get worse. tried to run with knee brace on the last run @ backbay but it was too tight and constricted, not sure what to do...

intervals with gail. got HR up to 150 a handful of times but couldn't get it up to 160.
