5 mile out and back @ backbay, starting from the Y, going clockwise. this was a PR for 10 mile run. i was surprised to find this pace comfortable, kept checking the garmin. was also happy with average HR.

definitely feeling the abs workout today...

hammies were tight @ first but loosen up nicely after 10min or so. felt good to keep the legs movin'. put in an order for the garmin 305, my 3rd now! hopefully this one will keep for a long while. it should come tomorrow, in time for a long run this weekend.
