what a drag, got a bunch of stuff stolen this morning. left the car door open after a trip to breakfast. lost items included garmin 305, magellan GPS, keys to bike rack, workout bag with all of my swim gears.

heading out the door now for a ride to clear my mind.

the trail was fairly crowded and air was nice and crisp. guess people were training for the cc and vq.

kept thinking about being in the moment, and not ponder about yesterday or tomorrow. estimated time/distance/elevation since i didn't have the garmin.

was not able to download data from garmin. the stats are based on my recollection of the run. the goal was to try to keep HR low. mile 2&3, HR was in the high 130's.
