felt ok, not great, definitely not one of my good runs. HR was high right from the start. i couldn't keep it down so i just went by feel. kept breathing steady and controlled. around mile 5, right knee started to bother me. maybe i'll wear a knee brace for the next long run.

got over the hump, felt good today, lots of energy.
interval run - 10min warmup @ 6.5mph, then 3 sets of 5min @ 7.3mph with 2min rest @ 6.5mph. was able to recover quickly.

session with brenda. intervals and hill climbs with light off. had no problem bringing HR up to 160's a few times.
