short tempo run, not much of one really. didn't have enough time. legs were off at first but felt pretty good after warm up. 10min @ 6.5mph, then 10min @ 7mph, then 2min @ 6.5mph.

Got to the gym late, after dropping m&d off at the airport. Felt really good on this run, like I could have ran another hour or so.

Gained 8 pounds over the past few weeks from mom's cooking. How come I'm not surprised?
