fans were still out-of-order, got completely drenched w/ sweat. did not have as much energy as tuesday, but good overall.

spin class w/ gail. both front ceiling fans were out of order. i must had lost about 5lb of sweat! felt good, had a lot of energy.

tried to run but shin splints was especially painful today, decided to give it a rest.
