it has been a crazy crazy week at work which entailed averaging about 3-4 hours of sleep/night. i finally got 7 hours of sleep last night, still a little tired, but feeling a lot more like myself again.
on another note, i've been experiencing sharp pain in the lower right leg along the inside of the tibia while running, which at first, felt like it was in the back of the leg. i ignored it and continued running for the past few weeks but the pain has since gotten worse. on saturday, i went to roadrunner to have them analyze my strides on video. based on their recommendation, i bought a new pair of shoes, brooks adrenaline GTS and superfeet orthopedic inserts. since then, i've ran twice, saturday and monday. unfortunately, the pain was still there. i don't want to stop running and there is no reason to. the plan is to run with less intensity with the new shoes until the pain goes away.
