took the old schwinn out for a casual fun ride to the beach. rode back in the dark. the view was breathtaking around the backbay with city lights, hills, water, and that moon, the moon was amazing.

wrecked my back falling asleep on the sofa while reading last night. felt much better after stretching. worked on core and upper body strength.

since it was a short run, i kept the pace faster than steady but couldn't keep it up after 2 miles so i eased up a bit. good to see the pace was sub 8.

felt really good on this run. legs were fresh and there was no discomfort/pain anywhere. held back, started out slow for a proper warm up, ran the first 3 miles, than walked (1-2min) in between subsequent miles. time did not include walks. got back to the car just before dark.
