kept it at steady today. my goal is to run everyday for as long as i can. hopefully, this will ease me back into running shape. i'll need to add intervals in once a week too, to improve the pace.

i'm so out of shape. this run was hard. i had difficulty keeping up the pace after only 2 miles. it was a mental fight.

also, need to get new running shoes, especially ones with cushion support for pavement. got blisters from the last 2 runs.
