had to cut the run short after only 2 miles. heels were hurting from days of walking NYC streets. the temperature had dropped significantly from prior days. it almost felt like fall.

forgot to bring shoes so i borrowed vanita's. hers was a size bigger but they were fine. ran at fort greene park in brooklyn, NYC. a loop around the park was almost a mile, which included stairs and obstacles like fallen trees, fun!

felt sluggish, due to lack of sleep.

met up with G and Jim at cook's parking lot. used the road ride to the trail head as warm up. felt much better mtbking than swimming. G got a flat 1/4 way up. had good balance going down the luge. time included G's flat.
