BIG sleep. not sure i needed it but felt good.

lost lap count again, how lame is that? need to find a way to write it down during session. focussed on form. felt decent but not as good as swimming outside.

no need to warm up after swim. legs felt great, kept easy breezy pace.

it's backstroke day. lost count of laps again. was tired near the end.

was working but kept looking out the window at such a beautiful day. decided to take a break and finish up later. it'll be a late night today but what the heck. rode the typical ODC route but with all the extra credits. felt really good and strong. balance was still off. need to ride more! cut it short and rode down mathis to make it home b4 G.

estimated miles, had no idea how many. felt strong, sweaty, and happy today. worked hard, stood most of the class, and put on high gear. hands down for gail, awesome electronic/dance music. right knee was uncomfortable first half but the pain went away after sufficient warm up.

upper and core body workout, crunches, curls, triceps, and shoulders. spent 10 min stretching before lifting.

lost count of laps. felt good today, breathing was better, much more relaxed than monday. legs held up fine. thought they would be tired after HTT. got moved up a lane, yay!

upper back is really tight this morning, trying to stretch it out before run. need to charge ipod for evening ride up HTT. looking forward to it, haven't mtb in a while.

overall good run, took it easy, 10min to warm up, a little more tired than usual. right knee was good, arch on left foot was uncomfortable.

rode up htt to four corners. the fire road was in good shape. legs felt strong, breathing was excellent. only 3 of us brought lights out of 8 ppl so we were the only ones who reached four corners. rode in the clouds starting at mile 8.5, the descent was ccccoooolllddd. legs almost cramped up several times.

first day of masters at the Y, so glad we signed up!! started out with kick board, 6x25, side kick? 4x25, alternate sail? 4x25. have a lot to learn. kick was good but had problems breathing when doing the side kick, especially left side. can't wait for next class.
