i was super sleepy and lazy. it took a lot of will power to head to the gym. walked on the treadmill for a 20min (1mi) just to warm up a little. legs woke up a bit and i started the run at a slow and steady pace, increased the pace the last 15min or so. body and mind came around and felt better at every step, so glad i ran.
