shoes: brooks adrenaline

tempo run, 20min warm up @ 6.5mph, then 30min @ 7mph, walk to cool down. time/distance did not include walk. legs and lungs felt great, was not breathing hard, good steady run. brought HR monitor but ran out of battery.
