ran after work at the back bay. wore long sleeve shirt, thought it was going to be slightly cold, NOT! ran for 30 minutes @ steady pace, took a minute break walking, ran another 2 miles, took a minute break again, then completed the run. time does not include walks. both legs had shin pain this time around. i'll rest up tomorrow and not run.
arms were a little sore from yesterday's workout.
