got to the backbay early w/ G. beautiful hazy and cloudy day, i love to run in this weather. we biked and ran, switching every mile. i started out on the run first. G waited a few minutes and then rode. we brought his beach cruiser this time. i treated this as an interval workout, ran fairly fast (for me), and rested during the bike leg. without warm up, my HR shot up to 211 half way in the first mile, not pretty. after that it settled. note to self, warm up first!
