i locked the keys in the truck after bike ride. while G rode bike home to get another set of keys, i went into the Y and knocked out a run which i originally planned to do much later in the day. started with a 5min walk on the treadie, than up it between 5.8 and 6.7mph for 30min. pain was manageable in lower right leg. it lessened the longer i ran. cool down with a 5min walk. i'm going to keep running on the treadie, boring i know, and keep off hard surfaces, until the pain goes away.
