this was not comfortable, had to walk after 2nd mile, and 3rd! i notice that consistently in these past runs, the first couple of miles are ok, the 3rd, 4th, and 5th miles are often trying, and then 6th - 10th feels better the longer i run, why?
i think i need a slower warm up, then try to keep it in aerobic zone, i.e. somewhere between 142 - 153 HR and try to get faster from the base, without increasing HR.
note: right calf hurting...
