i usually dread the treadmill but not today. was surprise to feel really good running the 5K. had a lot of energy in the legs. hmm, maybe they were well rested b/c i hadn't spin in a while.

mile 1 - 6.5mph warm up
mile 2 - 6.8mph
mile 3 - 6.8 - 7.2mph
