not much sleep last night, stayed up late working, but felt well rested this morning. the plan for the day is to do an easy pace run and work on upper body strength @ the gym during lunch. after work, meet up with G to ride to old camp.

did 150 crunches, 3 sets of curls, 3 sets of triceps presses, and some shoulder workout. didn't have time to run as planned, too much work!

the plan was to ride to old camp from cooks with G and J but jim didn't bring lights. we rode up pass the flag for about a mile or 2 then turned around and went down the luge before it got dark. kept pace steady and stayed in middle chain ring during climb. breathing was really good and legs were strong. felt like there was a lot of energy left after the ride. should have pushed it more.
