woke up this AM with sore lower back, what is going on? stretched. got G to massage lower back. applied heat pad overnight. it did the trick! went to sleep early, need to wake up at 2:30am for drive to mammoth.

tried to stretch lower back and legs
Did 150 crunches, curls, worked triceps, and a little shoulder.
