stretched and did some crunches, push ups, and curls with 10lbs weight at home before heading to the gym. once at 24hr metro, did some reps for shoulders and triceps. afterwards, stretched and walked on treadmill to loosen up calves. they were still crappy.

lungs felt good but legs were still sore and tight from sunday's run. tried to spin it out. was able to keep up with class. brenda's class is easy though. might return for evening class since G is out mountain biking today.

went to spin again @ 5:30pm. lungs felt great, legs are a bit tired but better. kept up with class but didn't do anything extra.
