Kept it flat. Back a little tight at about 20 minutes, but loosened up again.
Did stretch hamstrings after the warm up, and stretched pretty well after the workout, too. Worst thing for the back seems to be doing too much of the same thing for too long - feels best when I keep switching (sitting, standing, walking, lying down, running ... ) Bending over (weeding, cat petting) still hurts.
