More arms and legs. With core trying to figure out what was okay with my back (which is better than it was, but still tight).
Meant to run today, but never had a firm plan, and just got going with one thing after another and suddenly the day was gone. No specific running goals at the moment - I think I need some!
Kind of a test run for Andy (after injection) and me (back). I felt the back a bit, particularly up hill. But it is much better than two days ago.

Armchair training watching the WOC relay (replay). Fantastic to watch the impact of route choice. So sad for the Latvian men, I really wanted them to get a medal.
Back really not good in the morning. Swimming motion on land felt really tight, so swimming was out. Running out. Rest seemed to be the logical, if frustrating, choice.
Tweaked my back weeding in the morning, and was definitely not moving well. Decided that running was definitely out. Cycling felt good until just over 40, then it got painful. Lots of gentle stretching.
