orienteering race 25:43 [3]

Good fun, nice woods, but awful humidity. Still a decent run, felt like my brain was mostly in gear. Only a little goggle fogging. Legs felt pretty fresh.

Definitely not as sharp on this one. Felt like I was always a step behind navigating. Poor route to number one (should've gone around on the trail). Miscounted trails on number five. Thicker woods, but thankfully not as humid. Still, so fun to get two runs in on a new map!

1600 mostly crawl with some backstroke. Back seemed okay during, a bit annoyed afterward.
Pool was so empty, seems like lots of people have left early for the weekend...

Cycling (indoor) 50:00 [3]

Felt a bit tired, but not too bad. I was working reasonably hard.

Back has been sore and annoyed (lower left) since Sunday afternoon. Don't remember doing anything to it, but I obviously did. Hopefully it will be fine by the weekend for running. Sit-ups annoyed it more. Biking seemed okay.

Well, a bit longer. Some jog, some walk. Tried not to run on the road bits.

Felt so tired and dead legged. But it was a gorgeous day. A bit hesitant at times, but no real errors, just really really slow. A couple times I deliberately went up and over so that I could be up on the bare rock and looking at the views :-)
