Does it count if you are drinking a glass of red wine while you do aerobics? I did get my heart rate up and broke a sweat. I think Bridget was working harder though.
1/4 mile light efforts, with 1 to 1.5 minutes of recovery. First time attempting to run fast in ages! Felt like I remembered how, but if I had pushed I was going to pull something! Decided to do a few weeks of not pushing much, but getting used to moving quicker again. 'Real' speedwork can start in May.
With Wendy. Gorgeous morning! Felt much better than I expected and was totally comfortable with the distance (a few minutes longer than we planned). Tired later in the day and on Monday though.
Of course that could be from staying up too late watching Little Dorrit on PBS ;-)
