Trail race race (Chichester parkrun) 21:29 [5] 5.0 km (4:18 / km) +50m 4:06 / km

What a total blast. Absolutely loved this. Conditions almost dry, which mostly accounts for improved time. But felt much stronger on 2nd and 3rd laps and in a place now to really push on. Parkrun so rocks!

Cycling (Felpham and back) 1:05:00 [1] 22.0 km (2:57 / km)

Happy New Year. Start as you mean to go on. Pitch dark to begin though. Mercifully, 10 minutes lighter for the ride home.

Road run (Chichester Quad) 1:41:37 [4] 14.0 mi (7:15 / mi) +120m 7:04 / mi
weight:72kg shoes: saucony swerve

Added an early Summersdale lap to the Trio to get mileage up to 14. Only pushed when I felt like it, but pace was almost equal to what I managed for the 11 miles. Definitely slowing by the end though. Really encouraged by the two runs that top and tail a quite extraordinary Christmas holiday. Never felt left little toe either. 18 miles by end Jan.
