Sub-X training group. Warm up run to Denbigh Rd then 3 x 1000 m with 5 min rest. Aiming for 5k pace less 20 seconds, i.e. 3:40 per km at 95% effort. My times were 3:46, 3:43 and 3:56. Cool down jog back home.
