If you (I) don't have it physically, you (I) should at least orienteer cleanly. Woe to the "competitor" who gets exhausted, needs to take a few knees AND doesn't orienteer well. Found lots of trashy woods today. Uphills kill me right now. Nice day though, and great company with Brian Jeans. Happy just to finish.
