Back in the leafy woods. Off trail twice. Wind in face 70% of the time. jogged 40%. I notice that this pace is exactly 2 min.per mile slower than the treadmill at approximate same effort.

2 min @ 15mpm - 3 min@ 12:30mpm - baby steps Hip aches, but seems to be holding up. This seemed easier than Sunday's.

Walked 2 min. @ 15mpm; Jogged 3 min.@ 12:45mpm 9X, then half and half - to keep heart rate at 141 - this is a good workout for me right now. Miles to go . . . .BTW, these Inov-8's with the broad toe box are really comfy - little support, tho.
