weight:167.4lbs shoes: Salomon Speedcross Vario

Watch did not start recording distance for about 1/4 mile. Cold. Windy. Trails very muddy. Treefall. Crews working in woods. Came home via streets after two. Was at 31 min. for two trail miles. Noticed myself limping a little. All this was fairly unpleasant. Wah, wah. But I'm warm now and will stretch for awhile and drink coffee. Will avoid Crum Woods for awhile.
