First 3 in avg.14:17's. Then walked it in. Humidity in woods is maxed out, recent rains left lots of mud. 45 min. later - till sweating. Shore for three days - off!

Did not run. Steamy - Crum pretty high. Know why 4th mile is hard - it requires over 100 additional paces to complete due to switchbacks, ups, etc.
I note that AnnieMac walks over a minute per mile faster than I do . . . .
