First after 3 controls, boneheaded 5 min. on 4th control, mopey 5 & 6, disastrous 7th - but a beautiful day with lots of family. I should be worried about West Point - but somehow I am not.

No training today, but lots of activity: dog-walking (2x), Baby Avery walking 1 hr., Baby Avery holding 1.5 hrs., yardwork 2 hrs., boat work 1 hr., etc... Work like this is fungible, right?

Used Garmin for the first time in awhile and pushed the wrong button twice . . . Wilted in afternoon heat. Diagnosis: PVFS. Post-Viral-Fatigue-Syndrome. No kidding - it's a real thing.
