My first blue course. Ran more like a sprint and minus noticeable errors on three controls I'm pleased with how I ran.

Went to lift this morning with Letarte. He wasn't feeling too hot so I did a little on my own and went back.

3x3/4x135 Bench Press
5 sets of pull-ups
3x12x45 Row on each arm

Still was a little under the weather so took another day off after the team photo. Still, I feel better now so tomorrow I think I'll be good to go.

Woke up this morning with a terrible cold. Pretty absurd given that IT'S ALMOST APRIL.

Also, had the AFAST today after school ended so decided to make it a rest day. AFAST wasn't too bad. It's easy to see how people could botch it though. We'll see how I did at some point.

Went and collected three points. Wanted to run but knee protested almost instantly so walked instead. I need to stretch out real good later once I get off the Q.

Lee Gate run- enjoyable but my knee began to protest a little bit about halfway through so I decided to cut my run short instead of hitting Thayer Gate as well. A little disappointing.

Went to Sherman with Letarte to make myself into a better person.

Calculated 1-Rep Max on Bench- 190
Worked on Squat form at 5x5x135
4x45 and 5x40 on Inclined Dumbbell Press
Did some core exercises and whatnot as well.

Also rocked out to HU. Good times.
