Spin at the club watching TV. The internet was down so no Netflix movies.
Leg started to bug me at the 30 minute mark. Don’t know why, I had a massage yesterday and that usually loosens it up.
Stretch & Strength 25:00 [2]
Usual stretch routine and then 3X10 machine pulls/pushes for the lats, chest and deltoids. Should have had a short swim to loosen up the shoulders but the hot tub did me in.
