XC Skiing 45:00 [2]

A little hard (packed down by the ski-school hoards) but otherwise beautiful conditions at Nakkertok for an easy ski.
Ankle flared up early and I was puffing after 5 minutes. Skied down to Johannsenhus just in time to find some of the ski-O gang wrapping up their training session. Nice to see a couple of old friends - Charlotte & Pam from opposite ends of the country here for a visit.

Spin at the club watching TV. The internet was down so no Netflix movies.
Leg started to bug me at the 30 minute mark. Don’t know why, I had a massage yesterday and that usually loosens it up.

Stretch & Strength 25:00 [2]

Usual stretch routine and then 3X10 machine pulls/pushes for the lats, chest and deltoids. Should have had a short swim to loosen up the shoulders but the hot tub did me in.

Spin at the club watching the end of a movie. Just a good sweat, no puffing.

Stretch & Strength 20:00 [2]

Good set of stretches. Back feels better than a week ago.
3X12 on lats and 3X12 on chest press.

Bitterly cold so I just went for a walk before the massage therapist. Calf is still knotted and hasn’t changed much over the last 4 sessions.
