Orienteering 1:22:53 [3]

Short advanced course at Wesley Clover. Calves cramped up hard at the beginning so I had to stop a couple of times to stretch them out.
3 hooks and one poor route choice cost me a few minutes but otherwise it went OK. Best pace in the oldies was 14 min/Km. I was 16.5 min / Km or about 10 minutes behind.

Covered about 5,5 Km of walking setting up and taking down controls at the coaching workshop. Perfect day - map needs some updating though.

The usual upper body routine but with a step up in weight. The chest press was the hardest. Worked hard at keeping my core tight.

Cramped up early in the walk but I was able to stretch it out. Had to stop one more time after Mt. Mooney for a minute's stretch. After that I was striding out OK.
Good stretch when I got home.

Usual sets for upper body. When these sessions run out I will call it quits for the PT.

North end of the Arboretum map. Easy area except for the vegetation. What to generalize and what to call a feature?

Note

Massage this morning so I took it easy for the rest of the day. A couple of hours of raking/garden cleanup - which really bothered my back from all the bending.
