The 5K Revelstoke look in sunny +7C weather! Lots of people walking about pretending it's spring. Good stretch afterwards.

Fighting a cold the last couple of days so I took it easy. Today the weather was perfect for a long walk along the canal. No problem with the hip but I have to find out from the physio what is causing the ongoing cramping in the lower leg. Had to stop 4 times to stretch things out.

Almost springlike weather, +10 and sunny. Major puddles but was able to avoid them in my running shoes. Was hoping that the running shoe cushioning would help out with the lower leg cramps. They did, but not entirely. Will have to visit the physio to work out this issue.

Good session with the PT. Usual muscle groups - quads, lats, shoulders.

Pre-weight training warm up. Quads were humming after the squats.

Longish walk along the canal to sadly view the end of the skating season there. +6 and getting even warmer to-morrow so the crews were already disassembling the gates, fencing, displays, etc.
Never made it to the canal skateway this winter. First time that's happened in 38 years. But the wonky conditions and fear of falling on the new hip kept me away.
