Relatively routine set of exercises but I wasn’t feeling too energetic anyway.
Skipped the usual swim. So many friends are down with the flu I don’t want to get run down.
Between holidays and colds my attendance with my PT has been erratic. So it was back to the basic sets and lower resistance on the various machines.
Worked the upper body / shoulders pretty hard.

A short swim with tired shoulders and a few breaks. Still a long way from a continuous 15-20 min. swim at good pace.
