Returned from a great trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos with a sore back but it was an active trip with lots of snorkelling, hiking, and biking. Lost a couple of pounds but it was probably from the diarrhea session mid-trip. : (
So we worked on the upper back/shoulders and the quads. Felt ok afterwards - just a little stiff.
