Fast paced tempo run from the junction out to the end of Licoln Park. Then ran along the water and up Jacobson. About 4 miles in, my knee really started to hurt right beneath the patella and my IT band started to tighten. Rather than stop, I pushed through it. maybe a bad idea.
Morning swim at Evans pool.
I pulled the first mile. Really concentrated on my stroke. I was in a slow lane for that first mile doing catch up stroke.
Moved into fast lane for 750 yards. Tight, but still swam well.
