Good Hill session. 10 x 500m with 100m climb. Took first slower to check achilles was ok but after that they were rough

Fell in one of those sneaky sink holes on the tracks in the Port Hills. My foot just completely fell down a knee-deep hole

Decided to not run today, thought it may have been time for some rest, but at the end of the day I actually regret not running and so do my legs
