Stoked to have a pain free run on the course at Leithfield today. Some seriously funky mapping in parts but it was good to be out running in the forest again

Run from cousins'. Included 3 x 100m efforts at 60% intensity.

A good session of foam rolling. Quads were especially tight maybe from running on road recently

Achilles felt good still, may progress onto next stage of the running programme tomorrow

Saw the physio today, achilles is healing up well. Took my first run since straining it, short strides and ran pretty slowly but no pain which is awesome.
