shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212 4.0

Smashed the OY at Rotoiti, minimal time-loss and felt pretty quick.

Running race (NZ Mountain Run Champs) 1:25:00 [5] 14.0 km (6:04 / km) +1500m 3:57 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212 4.0

Possibly the toughest race I have ever done. The climb just got steeper and steeper and I has struggling. After about halfway I started to feel dizzy and began shivering, so I dropped back a bit and managed to finish feeling strong and frisky.

Busy all afternoon/evening and didn't get the chance to run. At least I will feel real fresh for the race on Saturday

First ADP session at the gym. Mainly just learning how to do different exercises but still good.

Set a course at Butlers Bush to see what the map is like before I plan the event there in May. Started off ok but it was super muddy (and raining the whole time), then it started to get dark so I cut the course short and ended up getting really fed up with the mapping in the forest
